Draw Prizes are awarded based on random selection which takes place on the draw date you’ve selected. Your Draw dates can be different than your schedule campaign dates.
You can give away as many draw prizes as you’d like by adding a quantity or by adding more prizes. Your participants can only win one draw prize. For example, if you are giving away 10 of Prize X and 1 of Prize Y – 10 separate individuals will win Prize X and aren’t eligible to win Prize Y.
Our system will randomly select the winner(s) on your behalf and notify you via email who the winner(s) are. You should then reach out to the winner(s) and notify them that they won.
Running Multiple Draws
You can run multiple draws in a single campaign with different draw dates.
For example, if you are attending a 3-day event, you could run a draw for each day by creating 3 separate draws. For each day, you would enter the start date and time and have the draw take place later on the same day. This is useful for events where you’re not expecting the same crowd to be attending all three days and you are giving away a physical prize.
